Our dog package welcomes your four-legged friend with a cozy dog bed, a bowl, some welcome treats, and even a toy. You will both be able to access the Terrace and Bar, and have full use of the Lounge area at the main entrance.

And what about walkies?  Winchester provides a beautiful backdrop for dog walks, with the historic town centre just a short walk away. With lots of green spaces, you will both enjoy spots like Wolvesey castle, and the beautiful grounds of Winchester Cathedral, both just 1.7 miles from hotel, and St Catherine's Hill which is just a little further. This stunning chalk downland hill offers fantastic views over Winchester city, as well as the Itchen Valley floodplains and the downland surrounding it. The summit of the hill has earthworks from an Iron Age fort, and the buried remains of a Norman chapel that gives its name to this lovely spot.

We are also less than a mile from Winnall Moors Nature Reserve, a beautiful wetland habitat situated right in the heart of Winchester The clear chalk streams, rustling reedbeds and historic water meadows create a calm and inspiring environment, and the Reserve is packed with wildlife. When visiting, it is hard to believe that you are in the centre of Winchester.
