HOTEL RE-OPENING !
Although the hotel is temporarily closed, following the Government’s Roadmap to Re-Opening Statement
on 22nd February, we are hoping and currently planning to re-open for business as follows.
THE SPA – MONDAY 12th APRIL
We are taking bookings NOW for all spa treatments as from Monday 12th April.
We anticipate a high demand for treatments during the first few weeks after re-opening of opening and so suggest making early reservations to avoid disappointment.
THE HOTEL (INC. HEALTH CLUB, POOL, GYM) - MONDAY 17th MAY

Of course, we are sincerely hoping that the above dates will be adhered to by the Government but in the unfortunate (and hopefully unlikely)
event that the hotel is not permitted to re-open as above, you can be confident that your booking is completely flexible with
NO CANCELLATION CHARGES and the ability to move your booking(s) to an alternative date following the re-opening of the hotel.
When we do re-open, you can be sure that we will be doing so in a Covid secure manner. We are totally committed to the health
and wellbeing of our guests and our incredible team and will be continuing to take all appropriate precautions and safety measures,
ensuring that you can enjoy a safe and relaxing stay with us.

What We Are Doing To Keep Our Guests and Staff Safe
We are taking the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff very seriously.
To maximise protection at this time, we have introduced the following measures.
We ask for your understanding and co-operation in order that we can continue to provide a COVID - secure environment for everybody.
SOCIAL DISTANCING – Please observe all notices and requests in this connection.
ENHANCED CLEANING – Additional and more detailed cleaning and sanitisation throughout the hotel, including specific Covid-19 sanitisation with the use of specialist electrostatic sprayers for touch point sanitisation.
HAND SANITISATION – Sanitising dispensers strategically located throughout the building.
REMOVAL OF PRINTED LITERATURE – All hotel information provided on website.
TEMPERATURE CHECKS – Staff temperature checked at start of each shift.
CATERING – table service available in our Brasserie, outside terrace and Bar from your Full English Breakfast right through to beautiful evening a la carte dining PLUS in-room dining & `grab and go` breakfasts also available if you would prefer. Please note that all guests must reserve a time for their breakfast on arrival and these are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
PAYMENTS – The hotel does not accept cash payments for any items.
PROTECTIVE SCREENS – In use at our Reception desks and bars and in other key locations.
STAFF TRAINING – Specific Covid-19 training undertaken by a specialist Health & Safety Consultancy.
COVID-19 SAFETY AUDIT – Carried out by independent specialist Consultants.
LUGGAGE – we regret that we are unable to store guests luggage and / or personal effects at any time under any circumstances.
STAY AWAY – If you are experiencing ANY Covid-19 symptoms OR within the last 14 days have been in contact with anybody else experiencing symptoms, we ask you - PLEASE, do not to come to the hotel.
The above measures reflect current guidelines and are subject to change in accordance with updated guidelines and advice.
We are delighted to confirm that the hotel has been accepted into the “We`re Good To Go” Scheme run by Visit Britain, which shows that we are
following Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and have processes in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
We are also delighted to confirm that the hotel has been audited by an independent Environmental
Health Practitioners (CSC) and has achieved their standard for COVID- security.
