Starter Course

Lamb cutlets, bubble & squeak cake with minted gravy
Breast of chicken, smoked bacon & rocket mousse, fondant potato, port and thyme jus
Braised fillet of lamb, fondant potato, shallot and rosemary jus.
Confit of duck, ginger & garlic mash, hoi sin jus
Braised beef `en croute`, herb roasted potatoes and a red wine jus.
Grilled fillet of seabass, lemon & lime potato cake, caper, shrimp & parsley butter
